Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

1. The agreement

By creating a Waydly account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Waydly. Simple as that.

2. What Waydly is

Waydly turns a single short link into an action — a hosted form, a WhatsApp prefilled message, a booking page, a product cart, etc. You configure what the link does; we deliver visitors to that destination.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Waydly to:

  • Distribute malware, phishing pages, or fraudulent content
  • Send unsolicited marketing (spam) through chained WhatsApp/email actions
  • Impersonate someone else's brand or person
  • Host or distribute illegal content, hate speech, or content harmful to minors
  • Circumvent rate limits or reverse-engineer the service
  • Resell access to the platform without an Agency-tier license

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules. We'll email you first when reasonable; for severe violations (illegal content, active phishing), we suspend first and notify after.

4. Your content, your responsibility

You own the links you create and the form submissions you collect. You're responsible for the legality of what you send visitors to and for handling any personal data your forms collect in line with privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

Waydly is a tool — we don't review every link, and we're not responsible for the content of your destinations.

5. Pricing & billing

Current plans: Free ($0), Starter ($29/mo), Pro ($79/mo), Agency ($199/mo). Features and limits per plan are listed at waydly.com/#pricing.

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe Payment Links (until our self-serve Stripe integration ships). Cancel anytime by emailing us — we'll prorate any unused time.

Prices may change. We'll give 30 days' notice to existing paid customers before any increase. Free-tier limits may change with shorter notice.

6. Uptime & reliability

Waydly runs on Cloudflare's edge network — the same infrastructure used by 30% of the top websites. We aim for 99.9% uptime on the redirect engine (the most critical path), but don't guarantee it. There's no SLA on the Free plan.

We're not liable for losses caused by downtime, including missed booking opportunities, lost form submissions, or campaign timing. Keep backups of important data via the CSV export feature.

7. Termination

You can delete your account anytime — email us and we delete everything within 30 days. We can terminate accounts for violations of these terms; for paid accounts we'll refund unused time when we initiate the termination.

8. Liability

Waydly is provided "as is" — we don't warrant that it will always work perfectly or be free of bugs. Our maximum liability to you under any circumstance is the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

This isn't a fancy way of dodging responsibility — it's standard for SaaS at this stage. We do our genuine best to keep the platform reliable.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email to active users. Continued use after the change date counts as acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the platform owner's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
